Ingredients
  Tomato juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Beef bouillon cubes/Chicken bouillon cube 1
  Green pepper 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Dried onion flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Scallops 6 Ounce
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Spread the scallops over a heatproof dish.
2) Dredge the scallops with seasoning.
3) In a bowl, mix together tomato juice, bouillon, green pepper, lemon juice and onion.
4) Gently stream the bouillon mixture all over the scallops.
6) Place the plate under the broiler, 4 inch below the heat.
7) Broil for 3 to 5 minutes or until scallops are tender.

SERVING
8) Serve hot garnished with parsley, if desired.

TIPS
Check while cooking scallops as overcooking can toughen them.
