Creamed Scallops

Ingredients
  Scallops 1 Pint (Fresh Ones)
  White sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Hot cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1.Wash the scallops well and drain.
2.In a pot, put in the cleaned scallops and the white sauce.
3. Let simmer for 15 minutes in a water bath.

SERVING
4. Serve with steaming rice and season with paprika.
