Kansas Corn Scallop

Ingredients
  Canned whole kernel corn 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Eggs 2
  Canned cream-style corn 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Evaporated milk 3⁄4 Can (7.5 oz) (1 Small Can, 2/3 Cup)
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon, melted (1/2 Stick)
  Instant minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Coarsely crushed soda crackers 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Process swiss cheese 12 Ounce, diced (1 Package)
Directions

MAKING
1 In a cup,drain the liquid from whole kernel corn.
2 In a large bowl,beat the egg slightly, stir in corn and 1/4. cup of the liquid, cream-style corn, evaporated milk, melted butter or margarine, onion, salt, and pepper; fold in crackers and diced cheese. Spoon into a greased 8-cup baking dish.
3 Bake in a slow oven at 325 degrees farenheit for 1 hour, or until set.

SERVING
4 Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
