Creamy Gingered Scallops

|Chopped green onion||1 Tablespoon (With Tops)|
|Margarine||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Half and half||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry white wine||1 Tablespoon|
|Grated ginger root||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Bay scallops/Seal scallops||3 Ounce, cut into 1/2 inch pieces (1/3 Cup)|
|Whole mushrooms||2 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)|
Place onion and margarine in 2-cup measure.
Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH about 30 seconds, or until margarine is melted.
Mix in flour.
Stir in half-and-half, wine, gingerroot and salt
