Creamy Gingered Scallops

Ingredients
  Chopped green onion 1 Tablespoon (With Tops)
  Margarine 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Flour 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Half and half 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry white wine 1 Tablespoon
  Grated ginger root 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Bay scallops/Seal scallops 3 Ounce, cut into 1/2 inch pieces (1/3 Cup)
  Whole mushrooms 2 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)
Directions

Place onion and margarine in 2-cup measure.
Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH about 30 seconds, or until margarine is melted.
Mix in flour.
Stir in half-and-half, wine, gingerroot and salt
