Shrimp And Scallops With Wine
|Uncooked medium shrimp||1 Pound|
|Olive oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped|
|Green onions||2 Medium, sliced|
|Carrots||2 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Frozen vegetables||5 Ounce (1/2 Bag Of Any Variety)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Teaspoon|
|Dry wine/Chicken broth||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Crushed red peppers||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Peel shrimp and refrigerate.
Heat oil in skillet and cook garlic, carrots, vegetables and parsley for about 5 minutes.
Stir in shrimp and rest of ingredients.
Cook 4 to 5 minutes until shrimp are pink and scallops are white.
Serve with soy sauce.
