Shrimp And Scallops With Wine

Ingredients
  Uncooked medium shrimp 1 Pound
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Green onions 2 Medium, sliced
  Carrots 2 Medium, thinly sliced
  Frozen vegetables 5 Ounce (1/2 Bag Of Any Variety)
  Chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Scallops 1 Pound
  Dry wine/Chicken broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Crushed red peppers 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Peel shrimp and refrigerate.
Heat oil in skillet and cook garlic, carrots, vegetables and parsley for about 5 minutes.
Stir in shrimp and rest of ingredients.
Cook 4 to 5 minutes until shrimp are pink and scallops are white.
Serve with soy sauce.
