|Egg noodles||1⁄4 Pound, cooked|
|Cooked celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Chopped cooked turkey/Canned turkey||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), or canned|
|Thin white sauce||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Grated cheddar cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1 Teaspoon (For Casserole)|
1. Start oven, set at 375° F., or Moderate.
2. Grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole with butter or margarine. Arrange the cooked noodles, celery and turkey in alternate layers in the casserole. Pour the White Sauce over the mixture and sprinkle with the cheese.
3. Bake about 25 minutes, or until the top is delicately browned.
