Herbed Scallops And Shrimp

Ingredients
  Parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Lime juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mint 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Rosemary 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Jumbo shrimp 1⁄2 Pound, peeled and deveined
  Sea scallops 1⁄2 Pound, halved
Directions

Preheat broiler.
Combine parsley, lime juice, mint, rosemary, honey, oil, garlic and pepper in medium bowl; blend well.
Add shrimp and scallops.
Cover; refrigerate 1 hour.
Arrange shrimp and scallops on skewers.
Place on broiler pan.
Brush with marinade.
Broil 5 to 6 minutes or until shrimp are opaque and scallops are lightly browned.
Serve immediately with lime slices and fresh mint sprigs, if desired.
