Scallops With Garlic And Crispy Crumbs
|Dried pasta||1 Pound|
|Extra virgin olive oil||8 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped|
|Chopped fresh flat leaf parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry breadcrumbs||2 Ounce (60 Gram)|
|Crushed red chili flakes||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Scallops||12 , cut into quarters (24 Queen Scallops)|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling, salted water, until firm to the bite.
While pasta is cooking, heat oil in a large frying pan.
Add garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs and chilli flakes and cook over a high heat, 1 minute.
Add scallops and cook, stirring constantly, until just turning opaque, 1-2 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Drain pasta and add to hot pan.
Toss well to coat.
