Spicy Scallops And Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Butter 1 1⁄2 Ounce (45 Gram)
  Button mushrooms 1 Pound (500 Gram)
  Spring onions 6 , chopped (Shallots)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Scallops 1 Pound, cleaned (500 Gram)
  Dry white wine 2 Fluid Ounce (60 Milliliter)
  Red chili 1 , seeded and sliced
  Chopped parsley 3 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Melt butter in a large frypan and cook mushrooms, spring onions (shallots) and garlic for 4-5 minutes. Remiove from pan and set aside. Add scallops to pan and cook for 2-3 minutes or until tender. Remove from pan and set aside.
2. Stir in wine, chilli and parsley and cook over a high heat until reduced by half Return mushroom mixture and scallops to pan, toss to combine.
