Mixed Shellfish Skewers

Ingredients
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Snipped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Shrimp 1⁄2 Pound (Use Fresh Or Frozen)
  Scallops 1⁄2 Pound (Use Fresh Or Frozen)
  Stuffed green olives 6 Large
  Lemon wedges 3
Directions

Mix first 7 ingredients for basting sauce.
Peel and devein shrimp, leaving last section of shell and tail intact.
Add shrimp and scallops to basting sauce; let stand 1 hour at room temperature, stirring now and then.
On skewers, alternate shrimp (put shrimp on skewers in pairs, turning the second one upside down and reversing direction), scallops, olives, and lemon.
Broil over hot coals, turning and brushing sea food frequently with sauce.
Don't overcook.
