Scallops Royale

Ingredients
  Scallops 1 Pound (Fresh Or Frozen)
  French dressing 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Milk 1 Tablespoon
  Minced cooked ham 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Onion salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Hot oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
Directions

Drain and dry scallops then sprinkle with French dressing and let stand for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix eggs and milk together; set aside.
Combine ham, crumbs, cheese and onion salt.
Drain scallops thoroughly.
Dip them first in the egg mixture, then in crumb combination.
Repeat.
Fry in deep oil heated to 375F; when brown, about 3 minutes, lift out, drain.
