|French dressing||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Minced cooked ham||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Onion salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Hot oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
Drain and dry scallops then sprinkle with French dressing and let stand for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix eggs and milk together; set aside.
Combine ham, crumbs, cheese and onion salt.
Drain scallops thoroughly.
Dip them first in the egg mixture, then in crumb combination.
Fry in deep oil heated to 375F; when brown, about 3 minutes, lift out, drain.
