Marinated Scallop Kabobs

Ingredients
  Sea scallops 1 Pound, rinse in cold water
  Cider vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh basil/1/4 teaspoon dried basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chili sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Limes 2 Large, cut into 12 wedges
Directions

MAKING
1) Using paper towels, pat dry the scallop.
2) In a bowl, mix the scallop with all the remaining ingredients, except limes.
3) Put the lid on and refrigerate until needed.
4) Thread the limes and scallops, alternating, on 4 long skewers,
5) Grill the scallop skewers over medium-hot coals about 10 minutes, turning often and basting with the marinade.

SERVING
6) Serve the Marinated Scallop Kabobs hot with small mixed salad.
