Savory Sauteed Scallops
|Scallops||2 Pound, cut in squares|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||4 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Tablespoon (Juice Of 1/2 Lemon)|
Wash scallops, and dry.
Dip in milk, then in flour.
Heat oil until hot and saute" scallops, searing them quickly until brown.
Remove to serving platter, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle lightly with lemon juice.
Brown butter in pan; pour over scallops.
Sprinkle with parsley and garnish with lemon wedges.
