Ingredients
  Fresh sea scallops 1 Pound (500 Grams)
  Lime juice 50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Olive 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Chopped parsley 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Shallots 15 Milliliter, chopped (1 Tablespoon)
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 2 Large, peeled
  Pepper red To Taste, diced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat barbecue at MEDIUM.
Place all ingredients on double sheet of foil Cover with single sheet and seal edges shut.
Place foil basket on hot grill.
Cover and cook 8 minutes; mix occasionally.
