Quick Grilled Scallops

Ingredients
  Butter 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Fresh scallops 1 1⁄2 Pound (750 Gram)
  Mushrooms 1 Pound, quartered (500 Gram)
  Shallot 1 , chopped
  Chopped parsley 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Chopped chives 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Heat butter in large frying pan.
When hot, add scallops and season with pepper.
Cover and cook 2 to 3 minutes over medium-high heat, turning scallops over once.
Add mushrooms and shallot to pan; continue cooking covered, for 1 minute.
Add remaining ingredients, mix well and correct seasoning.
