Quick Grilled Scallops
|Butter||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
|Fresh scallops||1 1⁄2 Pound (750 Gram)|
|Mushrooms||1 Pound, quartered (500 Gram)|
|Shallot||1 , chopped|
|Chopped parsley||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Chopped chives||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
Heat butter in large frying pan.
When hot, add scallops and season with pepper.
Cover and cook 2 to 3 minutes over medium-high heat, turning scallops over once.
Add mushrooms and shallot to pan; continue cooking covered, for 1 minute.
Add remaining ingredients, mix well and correct seasoning.
