Skewered Scallops

Ingredients
  Fresh scallops 1 Pound
  Vegetable oil 4 Tablespoon (for brushing)
  Prepared mustard 4 Teaspoon
  Heavy cream 4 Teaspoon
  Dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely crushed (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Cherry tomatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green pepper squares 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Wash scallops in cold water and cut into 3/4 inch pieces.
Combine mustard and heavy cream; dip scallops in mustard mixture; then in bread crumbs, coating completely.
Alternate scallops, tomatoes, and green peppers on skewers; sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Brush scallops and vegetables with salad oil.
Grill over medium flame for 10 to 15 minutes until scallops are lightly browned.
