|Vegetable oil||4 Tablespoon (for brushing)|
|Prepared mustard||4 Teaspoon|
|Heavy cream||4 Teaspoon|
|Dry bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely crushed (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Cherry tomatoes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Green pepper squares||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Wash scallops in cold water and cut into 3/4 inch pieces.
Combine mustard and heavy cream; dip scallops in mustard mixture; then in bread crumbs, coating completely.
Alternate scallops, tomatoes, and green peppers on skewers; sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Brush scallops and vegetables with salad oil.
Grill over medium flame for 10 to 15 minutes until scallops are lightly browned.
