Superb Potato Scallop
|Sliced cooked potatoes||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Frozen chives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Ground pepper||1 Dash|
|Shredded sharp american cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Arrange potatoes in buttered shallow 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Mix sour cream with eggs, milk and seasonings.
Pour over potatoes.
Cover with cheese.
Bake in a 350° F.oven 30 minutes until heated through and delicately browned.
