Broiled Shrimp And Scallops
|Vegetable oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tomato sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lime||1 , juiced|
|Onion||1 Tablespoon, finley chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), chopped|
|Large shrimp||1 Pound, peeled and deveined|
Combine all ingredients except shrimp and scallops; mix well.
Place shrimp and scallops in shallow dish; cover with marinade.
Refrigerate until ready to broil.
Stir occasionally to coat well.
Place seafood on rack of broiler pan.
Broil 4 inches from heat about 3 minutes.
Turn; brush with remaining marinade; broil 3 minutes more until done.
