Scalloped Scallops

Ingredients
  Scallops 8
  White sauce 1⁄4 Pint
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Breadcrumbs 2 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Salt To Taste
  Cayenne pepper To Taste
Directions

Grease four deep scallop shells and strew on a few breadcrumbs.
Put two scallops in each, and sprinkle on a few grains of cayenne pepper, a little lemon juice, and chopped parsley.
Cover the scallops with the well seasoned sauce and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Put a small knob of butter or margarine on top of each.
Bake for about 20 minutes in a moderate oven.
