Dry Sausage

Cured sausages that are dried as well as fermented are dry sausages. They are served cold as a side dish. If stored properly, they keep well for a very long time. Salami, summer sausage, Sucuk, Droë wors and Landjäger are amongst the most common dry sausages. These are usually made of beef and pork and can be served on any occasion.
