Sausage And Apple Stuffed Squash

Ingredients
  Acorn squash 2 Medium, halved and seeded
  Bulk pork sausage 1⁄2 Pound
  Quick cooking rolled oats 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Applesauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Maple syrup 2 Tablespoon
  Canned pineapple tidbits 13 Ounce (1 Can, Undrained)
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Microwave squash as directed in chart.
Crumble sausage in a 2 qt.glass casserole dish.
Microwave 6 to 8 minutes, stirring twice during cooking.
Drain.
Stir in oats, applesauce and syrup.
Spoon into acorn squash.
Arrange squash halves in a 13x9x2 inch glass casserole dish.
Microwave 10 minutes.
Mix together pineapple tidbits and cornstarch in a 2 cup glass measuring cup.
Microwave 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened.
