Salmon And Sausage Bake
|Link sausages||2 Small|
|Milk/Light cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Finely chopped parsley||1 Teaspoon|
|Egg||1 , well beaten|
|Canned salmon||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Buttered crumbs||14 Cup (224 tbs)|
Break sausages into little pieces; cook in frying pan over low heat for about 5 minutes.
With a slotted spoon, lift out the sausages and drain on paper towel.
To the fat in pan, blend in flour and a little of milk or light cream.
Add remaining milk or cream, stirring all until the mixture is smooth and thickened.
Add the seasonings.
Put beaten egg in a large bowl; pour in hot sauce, stirring.
Add lemon juice.
Grease 2 small individual casseroles.
Break up salmon in casseroles.
Pour over salmon and sprinkle crumbs on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
