Salmon And Sausage Bake is a well loved dish that is often made again and again at my home. Try this Salmon And Sausage Bake recipe for yourself and you will understand why it is so addictive!
  Link sausages 2 Small
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Milk/Light cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , well beaten
  Lemon juice 1⁄2
  Canned salmon 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Buttered crumbs 14 Cup (224 tbs)

Break sausages into little pieces; cook in frying pan over low heat for about 5 minutes.
With a slotted spoon, lift out the sausages and drain on paper towel.
To the fat in pan, blend in flour and a little of milk or light cream.
Add remaining milk or cream, stirring all until the mixture is smooth and thickened.
Add the seasonings.
Put beaten egg in a large bowl; pour in hot sauce, stirring.
Add lemon juice.
Grease 2 small individual casseroles.
Break up salmon in casseroles.
Pour over salmon and sprinkle crumbs on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
