Sausage Balls In Peach Dip
|Pork sausage||1 Pound (Use Bulk Variety)|
|Finely chopped onion||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Soft bread crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Poultry seasoning||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Peach dip||1 Tablespoon|
Combine poultry seasoning and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
Shape into 3/4 inch balls.
Heat 2 teaspoons vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat, and brown the sausage balls on all sides.
Reduce heat and cook, covered, for 15 minutes.
Keep warm in a chafing dish with most of the hot Peach Dip poured over the sausage balls.
Serve with toothpicks and a small dish of the remaining Peach Dip for dipping
