Chicken Sausage Wrap With Bleu Cheese Dressing

  Chicken bratwurst 8 Ounce (1 Dietz Abd Watson)
  Portugese rolls 1 , toasted
  Sandwich spread 1 Tablespoon (Dietz And Watson)
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Cheddar horseradish slices 2
  Romaine lettuce leaves 1
  Tomato slices 2
  Kosher dill pickle 2 Ounce (Dietz And Watson)
For cajun andouille chicken sausage with dirty rice
  Cajun andouille chicken sausage 8
  Yellow onion 1 Large, finely sliced
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chili powder 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dirty rice 8 Ounce, prepared per package instructions (1 Package Ready To Make Type)
For jerk chicken sausage skewers
  Jamaican jerk chicken sausages 4 , cut into 2-inch pieces
  Onions 2 Medium, cut into large pieces
  Bell peppers 2 Large, cut into large pieces
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Rice pilaf 8 Ounce (1 Package Ready To Make Type)
For italian chicken sausage hoagie
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Broccoli rabe 2 Ounce, stems trimmed
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
For hoaige roll
  Hoagie dressing 2 Ounce (Dietz And Watson, As Desired)
  Chicken sausages 1 (Dietz And Watson, Italian Style Sausage)
  Sharp provolone slices 2 (Dietz And Watson)
  Roasted red peppers 2 Ounce
For penne puttanesca with pepper & onion chicken sausage
  Unsalted butter 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic cloves 2 , finely chopped
  Yellow onion 1 Small, julienned
  Prepared marinara sauce 12 Ounce (1 Jar)
  Anchovy fillets 12 , chopped
  Black olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Capers 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper and onion chicken sausages 8 (Dietz And Watson)
  Penne 1 Pound, cooked al dente
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated (Dietz And Wason)
  Italian parsley 1 Bunch (100 gm) (For Garnish)
Directions

Buffalo Chicken Sausage Wrap
Method of Preparation
Grill the sausage and slice lengthwise into four strips. Lay the tortilla flat on a work surface and spread with the bleu cheese dressing and sandwich spread. Lay the sausage strips in the center and top with lettuce, tomato and pickle. Fold the sides in and roll up. Slice in half on a bias and serve.

Brauhaus Chicken Bratwurst Roll
Method of Preperation
Grill the sausage and slice in half lengthwise. Spread the bottom half of the roll with the sandwich spread and the top half with the mayonnaise. Place the sausage on the bottom half, layer with the cheese and place in the oven until the cheese is melted. Top with the lettuce, tomato, pickle and the top half of the roll

Cajun Andouille Chicken Sausage with Dirty Rice
Method of Preparation
Grill the sausages until well browned. Set aside and keep warm. Dredge the onion slices, first in the flour, then in the chili powder. In a tall stockpot, heats the oil to 350°, then carefully fry the onions a few at a time until golden brown, about 3 minutes. Remove the onions with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Place a portion of the dirty rice on each plate, cut each sausage into slices on a bias and place atop the rice. Garnish with the fried onions and serve.

Jerk Chicken Sausage Skewers
Method of Preparation
Make the Skewers: Make each skewer by placing a piece of sausage, then the onion, then the pepper. Repeat until you have used four pieces of sausage, three pieces of onion and three pieces of pepper. Repeat with the other three skewers. Brush each skewer lightly with vegetable oil and grill. Place a portion of the rice in the center of each plate and top each with a skewer.

Italian Chicken Sausage Hoagie
Method of Preparation
In a small skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until light brown. Toss in the broccoli rabe and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper to taste. lice open the hoagie roll and drizzle with the hoagie dressing. Lay the sausage in the roll and top with the provolone, warm broccoli rabe and roasted peppers. Slice in half on a bias and serve.

Penne Puttanesca with Pepper & Onion Chicken Sausage
Method of Preparation
In a large sauté pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until slightly toasted, or golden in color, about 2-3 minutes. Toss in the onion and cook until translucent, about 2-3 minutes. Stir in the marinara, anchovies, olives and capers and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes, until warmed through. Meanwhile, grill the sausage until well browned and cut into slices on a bias. Toss the sausage slices into the sauce and stir to incorporate. Place the penne in a large pasta bowl and top with the sauce. Sprinkle with the cheese and garnish with the parsley.
