Sausage Potato Supper
Using one 4 5/8 or 5 1/2 ounce package dry scalloped potato mix, in skillet combine dry potatoes and seasoned sauce mix from the package.
Stir in water to equal total liquid called for on package.
Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat; simmer, covered, till potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes.
Stir in one 16 ounce can sauerkraut, drained.
Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon caraway seed.
Arrange one 12 ounce package smoked pork sausage links spoke fashion atop the vegetable mixture.
Cover; cook till sausages are heated through, about 10 minutes.
