Chicken & Sausage Mixed Grill
|Red pepper||1 , seeded, thinly sliced|
|Green pepper||1 , seeded, thinly sliced|
|Onion||1 Small, sliced|
|Black pepper||1 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Low fat sausage||1 Pound|
|Skinless boneless chicken breast halves||4|
In a large bowl, mix together the peppers, onion, black pepper, salt, oil and lemon juice.
Let stand for 10 minutes to blend the flavors.
Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Cut the chicken breasts into slices approximately the same size as the sausages.
Grill the chicken and saucage together for 2 minutes.
Place the pepper and onion on top and grill for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
