Glazed Sausage Tidbits

Ingredients
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Finely crushed saltine crackers 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (14 Crackers)
  Ground sage 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pork sausage 1 Pound (Bulk)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Catsup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In bowl combine egg and milk.
Stir in cracker crumbs and sage.
Add sausage; mix well.
Shape into 3/4-inch meatballs.
In skillet brown meatballs slowly on all sides, about 15 minutes.
Drain off fat.
Combine brown sugar and cornstarch; stir in catsup, vinegar, soy sauce, and 1/2 cup cold water.
Pour over meatballs.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
Serve hot in chafing dish, spearing with cocktail picks.
