Sausage (Uncooked Smoked Or Fresh)
To Panfry: Place sausage links or patties in cold skillet.
Add 2 to 4 tablespoons water.
Cover tightly; cook slowly 5 to 8 minutes, depending on size or thickness of sausages.
Uncover; cook until well done, turning to brown evenly.
To Bake: Arrange sausages in single layer in un-greased shallow baking pan.
Bake uncovered in 400Â° oven 20 to 30 minutes or until well done, turning sausages to brown evenly.
Drain off fat as it accumulates.
