Black-Eyed Peas With Sausage

Ingredients
  Pork sausage 1⁄2 Pound (Hot)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black eyed peas 20 Ounce, frozen
Directions

Brown sausage in a large skillet, drain.
Add water and seasonings, and bring to a boil.
Add peas, and return to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 40 to 45 minutes.
