Black-Eyed Peas With Sausage
|Pork sausage||1⁄2 Pound (Hot)|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Black eyed peas||20 Ounce, frozen|
Brown sausage in a large skillet, drain.
Add water and seasonings, and bring to a boil.
Add peas, and return to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 40 to 45 minutes.
