Sausage Scramble

Ingredients
  Sausages 4
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 4
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Toast 4
Directions

Cut sausages in small pieces and saute in a frying pan until tender.
Pour off part of fat and add eggs slightly beaten and mixed with milk, salt, and pepper.
Stir lightly with a fork until egg is set and creamy in consistency.
Serve on hot buttered toast.
