Trout With Salami Topping

Ingredients
  Pan dressed trout/Other fish 2 Pound
  All purpose flour 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced salami 4 Ounce
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Thaw frozen fish; dry with paper toweling.
Combine flour, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Roll fish in flour mixture.
In a large heavy skillet melt the butter.
Place fish in skillet in a single layer.
Fry till browned on one side, 4 to 5 minutes.
Turn carefully.
Brown second side and cook till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, about 4 to 5 minutes longer.
Remove fish to platter; keep warm.
Cut salami into thin strips; cook salami in butter in skillet for 1 to 2 minutes.
Stir in lemon juice.
Spoon over fish.
