Sausage Stuffing

Ingredients
  Bacon slices 3
  Chicken liver 1
  Onion 1
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  White bread slice 2
  Egg 1
  Pork sausage meat 1 Pound
  Mixed herbs 2 Teaspoon
  Stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Chop the bacon and liver finely .
Chop the onion finely .
Melt the butter in a pan and fry the bacon and liver until soft but not colored.
Make crumbs from the bread .
Mix all the ingredients, including the pan juices, egg, and enough stock to cover, with the sausage meat in the processor bowl.
Use for chicken or turkey.
