Yorkshire Sausages (Convection Cooking)
Place the sausages in a dish.
Cover with hot water (tap water will do).
Microwave 5 minutes at HIGH.
Mix the eggs, milk, flour, salt and savory or curry into a nice smooth batter.
Set the sausages in a 9-inch (23 cm) microwave-safe pie plate.
Cover with the batter.
Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
If you have a combination microwave-convection oven, place the pie plate on a rack.
Microwave at 425 Â°F (220Â°C) for 20 to 25 minutes or until the pancake is all puffy and the sausages are well browned.
