Sausage-Egg Scramble

Ingredients
  Bulk sausage meat 1⁄2 Pound
  Eggs 8
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Chopped pimento 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped green onion 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Brown sausage meat in hot skillet, stirring and breaking it up until completely cooked through.
Reduce heat to low.
Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together lightly with a fork.
Pour over cooked sausage meat and stir to blend.
Sprinkle with pimento, green pepper and onion.
Cook slowly and when the egg mixture starts to set at the bottom, stir gently with a wooden spoon.
Cook only until the mixture is set but still glossy and moist.
