Make-Ahead Breakfast Casserole

This Make-Ahead Breakfast Casserole is perfect for Christmas morning because you can make it in an advance, and all you have to do is wake up and bake it! You can put in all your favorite ingredients too. I like sausage, spinach, tomato, and cheese!

Ingredients

Breakfast sausage links 3 , cooked and crumbled
Bread cubes 6 Cup (96 tbs) ((1 standard loaf day
Grated cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Fresh spinach 9 Ounce , cooked and drained of excess moisture
Tomato 2 , diced
Eggs 8 Large
Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt and pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING

1. In a large bowl, combine cooked sausage, cubed bread, grated cheese, spinach, and tomato. Toss well.

2. Into a buttered casserole dish, transfer the mixture.

3. In another bowl, place egg and whisk lightly. Pour heavy cream and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Whisk until smooth.

4. Pour the egg mixture over the bread cube mixture in the casserole dish. Cover the casserole dish with plastic wrap or foil and store in the fridge overnight or for up to 18 hours.

FINALIZING

5. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.

6. Pop the dish in oven and bake for 1 hour or until the custard has set and the top is golden brown.

7. Serve and enjoy!
