Chili And Sausage

Ingredients
  Beef 1⁄2 Pound, ground
  Sausage 1⁄2 Pound (Hot / Spicy)
  Onion 1
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon, ground
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Canned tomatoes 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned beans 32 Ounce (2 Cans Of 16 Ounce Each)
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a frying pan, add the ground beef and the sausage and fry till it is evenly browned
2) Using a sharp knife, chop the onions, coarsely
3) Mince the garlic using a garlic press, or by using a knife
4) Pour off the extra fat from the meat and tip in the onion and garlic
5) Cook till the onion turns tender and then add in the chili powder, paprika, salt and pepper
6) Mix around to combine everything well
7) Using the fingers, break up the tomatoes and add to the meat with the liquid
8) Cook till mixture is blended well and the liquid is reduced

SERVING
9) Serve into a large bowl with some bread or rice to accompany
