Pickled Sausage

Ingredients
  All pork in sausage 1 Pound (Air Dried)
  Vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1)Cut the sausage into 1/2 inch pieces.
2) Place the skillet on flame, add the sausage.
3) Pour the vinegar and water and cover.
4)Cook for 1 1/2 hours on medium heat until the sausage is done.

SERVING
5)Serve with sauce from skillet.
