|Cornstarch||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Orange marmalade||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Peeled orange sections||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pineapple juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned pineapple tidbits||1 Large (Undrained)|
|Franks||10 , quartered|
|Cointreau||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine brown sugar,cornstarch, vinegar and marmalade in saucepan; add pineapple juice and pine- apple.
Cook, stirring, until thickened.
Turn into chafing dish; add franks, orange sections and cher- ries.
Pour Cointreau over top.
Ignite and serve.
