Cheese And Herb Sausages

Ingredients
  Breadcrumbs 5 Ounce (150 Gram)
  Grated cheddar cheese 4 Ounce (110 Gram)
  Onion 1 Medium, grated
  Egg 1 , separated , with the yolk kept aside
  Dried mixed herbs 1 Teaspoon
  Mustard powder 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
For coating and frying
  Bread crumbs 1⁄2 Ounce (10 Gram)
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Ounce (10 Gram)
  Egg white 1 , lightly beaten
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a bowl, place the breadcrumbs, onion, cheddar cheese and herbs
2) To it add the salt, pepper and mustard powder
3) Then add the egg yolk and stir to let it all come together
4) Divide the mixture to 12 or 14 portions
5) Using then hands roll out each portion into a sausage
6) Coat in breadcrumbs mixture and then dip into the egg white mixture to coat evenly
7) Into a large wok, shallow fry the sausages till crisp brown
8) Drain onto absorbent kitchen towels

SERVING
9) Serve hot with some tomato sauce
