Cold water - 1/2 cup
Condensed consomme - 1 10 1/2 ounce can
Braunschweiger - 1/2 pound (1 cup)
Mayonnaise or salad dressing - 3 tablespoons
Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Minced onion - 1 tablespoon
1.Mix gelatin in cold water and consomme and stir until gelatine softens.
2.Heat the mixture until the gelatin dissolves.
4.Combine braunschweiger, mayonnaise, vinegar, onion and blend well.
5.Hollow the consommed form the center and leave 1/2 inch shell.
6.Fill the hollow with meat mixture.
7.Heat the consoome extracted from center and once it melts pour it over meat.
8.Refrigerate until firm.
10.Serve in a dish.
