Mixed Grill With Sausages

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Sherry vinegar/Wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Sausage 1 Pound (1 Each Of 2 Or 3 Kinds)
  Ripe tomatoes 2 Large
  White onion 1 Large, thickly sliced (Keep Slices Intact)
  Large mushrooms 4 Ounce
  Mustard 4 Tablespoon (For Sandwiches, Offer Several Kinds)
  Wheat rolls/Bread 4 (2 Or More Per Person)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Fire up coals in grill.
2) In a jar, combine oil and vinegar and shake well.
3) Using a fork, prick sausages.

MAKING
4) Use the vinegar mix to brush over tomatoes, onions, and mushrooms.
5) Grill sausages on the central, hotter part and turn frequently.
6) Arrange the vegetables on the outer part, skewing if too small.
7) Onions will require 4 to 6 minutes a side, and tomatoes, 3 to 5 minutes.
8) Turn three or four times.
9) Place the mushrooms the farthest, and will require only 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Baste each time while turning.

SERVING
10) Combine sausages, vegetables, mustard, and bread or rolls for sandwiches.
