Sausage Peach Balls

Ingredients
  Pork sausage meat 1 Pound
  Minced onion 3⁄4 Tablespoon
  Soft bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Canned peach halves 8
  Cloves 24
  Peach syrup 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Heat the oven to 350 degrees.

MAKING
2 In a bowl, mix sausage, onion, bread crumbs seasoning and egg.
3 Form 8 balls from the mixture.
4 In a shallow baking dish, arrange peach halves, cut side up,
5 Around the edge of each peach half, stick 3 cloves .
6 Place the sausage ball in the center.
7 Bake for 45 minutes.
8 Drain the fat off and pour on heated peach syrup.

SERVING
9 Serve hot.
