Salami Sweet and Sour
|Potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs), diced|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs) (adjust quantity as required)|
|Red cabbage||2 Cup (32 tbs), shredded|
|Green pepper||1 , minced|
1. To prepare the salami cut them into slivers and brown lightly in skillet.
2. Into the skillet add potatoes covering them with boiling water, bring to boil and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
3. Add cabbage, green pepper, vinegar and sugar and cook for 7 minutes longer until potatoes are tender.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
