In shallow baking pan, spread sausages in single layer.
Bake in 400°F (200°C) oven, turning often, for about 30 minutes or until evenly browned.
Drain well on paper towels.
Cut each sausage into 3 or 4 pieces. (Sausages can be prepared to this point and refrigerated in plastic bags overnight.)
In small saucepan, melt jelly; add soy sauce and mustard.
Bring to simmer and simmer, stirring, for 1 minute.
Stir in sausages and continue to heat for 5 to 8 minutes or until sausages are heated through and glazed.
Serve hot in warm casserole with little jar of picks for spearing sausages.
