Ingredients
  Lean pork 2 Pound
  Lean pork 2 Pound, all visible fat removed and ground twice
  Crushed dried sage 1 Tablespoon
  Dried sage 1 Tablespoon, crushed
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Onion powder 1 Teaspoon
  Ground mace 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Ground allspice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.
2) Mix well and form the mix into 12 patties.

SERVING
3) You can prepare these ahead of use and store in the freezer in separate plastic bags. This is healthier than the high-sodium greasy sausages readily available in the market.
