Ingredients
  Ground beef/May use part pork, venison, moose 5 Pound
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Coarsely ground pepper 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mustard seed 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Hickory smoked salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to the required temperature.
2) Combine all the ingredients well with hands and keep in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
3) Once again mix the ingredients with hands.
4) Chill for another 24 hours.

MAKING
5) Make 3-inch rolls by shaping.
6) Arrange on baking rack in oven and bake for 10-12 hours or overnight at 150°F.

SERVING
7) Eat at once or freeze for later use.
