Sausage and Vegetable Mixed Grill
|Italian seasoning||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Low fat pork sausage links||2 Pound|
|Nonfat cooking spray||1|
1.Coat grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
2.Scrub clean potatoes and make thin wedges out of them.
3.Peel and slice onion.
4.Put potatoes and onion in the grill and season with oregano, pepper and Italian seasoning.
5. Grill for about 3 minutes.
6.Add in the sausages and grill for another 5 to 6 minutes. Make sure vegetables are tender and sausages are cooked.
