|Canned cream of mushroom soup||21 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Cans, 10 3/4-Oz. Each)|

1) In a slow cooker, combine all the ingredients, cover, and cook on low for 8 hours.
2) Check seasoning and serve warm.
If the mixture becomes dry, you may add one cup of water more.
