Salami Appetizer Snack

Ingredients
  Green pepper 4 Tablespoon, finely diced
  Cucumber 4 Tablespoon, finely diced
  Celery 4 Tablespoon, finely diced
  Red pimento 2 Tablespoon, finely diced
  Salami slice 24
  Stuffed green olives 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Garnish)
  Dijon mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a small bowl, combine ingredients for dressing and whisk until well blended.
2. Add the vegetables to the dressing and mix well.
3. On a clean work surface arrange the salami slices.
4. Spoon a little of the salsa on one half of each slice.
5. Fold salami slices over the filling, in half and secure with small toothpicks.

SERVING
6. On a round serving platter, arrange the salami rolls in a ring
7. Heap the stuffed olives in the center of the ring
8. Serve immediately.
