Sausage and Apple Skillet Dinner
|Hash brown potatoes with onions||5 1⁄8 Ounce (Use 1 Package)|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Heat and serve sausages package||16 Ounce (Use 2 Packages, 8 Ounces Each, Heat And Serve Variety)|
|Canned sliced apples||1 Pound (1 Can)|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Sage leaf||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crumbled|
1 In a medium size skillet,prepare the potatoes with water, salt, and butter or margarine.
2 In a large skillet, heat the sausages, until golden-brown and move to one side of the skillet. Add apple slices, sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, salt, and sage. Heat for 5 minutes, or until tender and piping hot.
3 To serve, arrange the potatoes, sausages, and apple slices on a heated platter.
